What's included

Occupational Therapy combines different approaches to improve someone's skills and satisfaction with the things they do in their daily life. Work with me includes:

Detailed assessment

We look at all areas important to the young person including sleep, self-care, relationships, emotions, coping skills, strengths, difficulties, and goals.

We this point, we might also look at their sensory profile.

Session work

Sessions are weekly or fortnightly, online or in person (in Loddon or Norwich, Norfolk).

We build insight and awareness of what's going on, where the barriers to their goals are, and learn strategies and tools to overcome them.

We review our work regularly with you, the parent, so everyone's on the same page.

Support for parents

I keep in touch with parents in between sessions with support calls/facetimes and WhatsApp messaging. I also have a 'Parents of Teens' online resource which parents of all my clients get free lifetime access to.
